The Taskforce group has a wide customer base across the retail sector and reflects this through offering an extensive learning and development service to complement training departments across the retail sector.
The Department of Trade and Industry have recognised the challenges of integrating learning across the retail sector where historically delivery has been inappropriate and materials often not relevant. Retail is now one of the UK Learning and Skills Council’s priority sectors for training and there is now a Retail Academy to demonstrate the national commitment to skills development in this area.
