is an integral part of the Taskforce Group, and is dedicated solely to helping staff develop skills for enhanced work performance and career progression. Our service is twofold:

• Our Taskforce Recruitment service is being developed by our learning and development team. It is based around a learning infrastructure that offers core skills development for all temporary staff. We will work with our clients to identify their staffing needs and will guarantee our staff will be selected and inducted appropriately for their job role. They will bring relevant key skills to the workplace. We will monitor their performance and support their development with workshops to ensure an on-going quality provision.
